WWE Money in the Bank 2014 Results

WWE Money in the Bank 2014 Results:

1. Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) defeated The Wyatt Family. The Usos retained the titles by pinning Erick Rowan with two consecutive Superfly Splashes.
-> really good tag team match and opener as well. The Usos retain for me surprisingly the titles. But good desicion for a longer feud with the Wyatts. 8 of 10 points.

2. Divas Championship Match: Paige (c) defeated Naomi. Paige pinned Naomi with the Ram-Paige cradle DDT to retain the Divas Championship.
-> really good Divas match ( except the fall of from the turnbuckle ). Some pretty good moves from both divas and Naomi is still one of the best wrestling divas in WWE ( with Layla ). 7 of 10 points.

 3. Adam Rose defeated Paul Revere. Damien Sandow was dressed as Paul Revere, because Boston.
-> oh dear - no ppv material and a waste of time. 4 of 10 points.

4. Money in the Bank ladder match for the MITB briefcase: Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose, Rob Van Dam, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston.
During the match, Dean Ambrose DDT’d Jack Swagger off a ladder and injured his shoulder. Doctors forced him to leave. Ambrose returned triumphantly later in the match to dispatch Seth Rollins and toss him out. Ambrose was about to grab the briefcase when Kane showed up, pulled him off the ladder and tombstoned him. This allowed Rollins to climb the ladder and win the match.
-> BNB was out of action because of that injury by Swagger from SD!. Love the match until Kane gets involved. WWE could spare a lot of time with Kane´s run in after 2 minutes and hand over Rollins the briefcase. Some pretty cool moves. Where was Ziggler in the first 12 minutes? 8 of 10 points and worst booking for the finish so far.

5. Goldust and Stardust defeated Rybaxel. Stardust rolled up Ryback for the three. After the match, Curtis Axel tried to jump Stardust, but the Rhodes brothers were able to fight him off.
-> the match was ok, but no ppv material as well. 5 of 10 points.

6. Rusev defeated Big E. Rusev won by submission with The Accolade. Big E did a little better here than he did in previous efforts.
-> Lana is still better than the whole Rusev gimmick for me. The match became a good heavyweight clash for 6 of 10 points.

7. Layla defeated Summer Rae. Fandango was the special guest referee. Layla won with a kick to the head. After the match, Fandango and Layla made out. Summer Rae cried.
-> this was a SD! match at its best. Layla won and thats the best part of it. 3 of 10 points. 

8. Money in the Bank ladder match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena defeated Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Cesaro, Sheamus, Kane, Alberto Del Rio, Bray Wyatt Cena Attitude Adjusted Orton onto Kane, then climbed the ladder to win the match.
-> good mainevent but no surprise at all after the leaked SummerSlam poster with Cena vs Lesnar. Sorry WWE this is LAME booking. All wrestler had some good moments and the match lived for some specatular moves with ladders. Cena won but who else could win it? Reigns, Cesaro and Bray Wyatt not ready for a maineventer. DelRio, Sheamus and Kane are no highlight at the moment. So only Orton is left and he doesnt fit againt Seth Rollins. 8 of 10 points.
