Money in the Bank 2015 predictions

Here are my Money in the Bank 2015 predictions

[WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match]: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Dean Ambrose

I guess we're not getting the Seth Rollins and Kane match that I have been predicting for quite some time, are we? After Dean Ambrose stole the title from Seth Rollins, this became inevitable. However, adding the ladder match stipulation to it makes it even better. These two should have potentially the match of the night and I'm excited to see them go at it. I doubt Ambrose has a chance to win, which is a shame, but this should end in a means so he still looks pretty strong. Interference from The Authority is all that it takes for Ambrose to claim that he was cheated. Rollins isn't dropping the title until SummerSlam at the earliest.

PREDICTION: Seth Rollins retains.

[Money in the Bank Ladder Match]: Dolph Ziggler vs. Neville vs. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Sheamus vs. Kane

Um...what? This is the group? I'm definitely confused. I can understand Ziggler, Reigns, Orton and Sheamus, so that's not weird. Neville was someone that I figured they would include if they really wanted him to have a cool spot or something, but I didn't expect him to be in it. Kofi Kingston is in a similar situation, but I really didn't expect him to be in it. He came out of left field entirely. Perhaps he took Rusev's spot, but I was even expecting Big Show or Bray Wyatt to be involved instead. The downside to this is that Roman Reigns looks to be so far above and beyond the rest of the participants that unless they go with a different route, it's too obvious of an outcome.

PREDICTION: Roman Reigns wins.

John Cena vs. Kevin Owens

If this match is as good as their previous one, it should be awesome. I'm disappointed that this isn't for the United States Championship, though. Owens defeated Cena. He has nothing left to prove. What he does have to gain, though, is another title to help earn his family even more money. I can imagine that this is Cena's to lose, so he doesn't end up looking too bad. This is WWE after all, and they are always concerned with that when it comes to Cena...for some reason. Maybe Samoa Joe will be involved in the match too.

PREDICTION: John Cena wins.

[Tag Team Championship]: The New Day (c) vs. The Prime Time Players

Titus O'Neil and Darren Young were the last eliminated in the chamber match, so it makes sense for them to get a title opportunity here. They will lose, as New Day rocks, but they will be decent enough opponents to give Xavier Woods and Big E something to do on the card.

PREDICTION: The New Day wins.

[Intercontinental Championship]: Ryback (c) vs. Big Show
Most boring match of the evening. Hopefully Bray Wyatt will interfere

PREDICTION: Ryback wins.

[Women's Championship]: Nikki Bella (c) vs. Paige

Nikki pinned Naomi, so by WWE's logic, Paige was entitled to challenge Nikki and say that she wasn't the one who was actually defeated. There you go. That's your quick build to a match that nobody will probably care all that much about, as the likelihood of it being a great bout is slim to none. Just look at the triple threat from Elimination Chamber. Would you want to see a repeat? I know I wouldn't. It's even more frustrating to see that the Bella Twins turned face just to turn heel again, basically. I'm well over this feud and I really just want to see some new blood from NXT come onto the roster.

PREDICTION: Nikki Bella retains unless Charlotte debuts soon.

[Pre-Show Kickoff]: R-Truth vs. King Barrett

After teasing that R-Truth could be added to the Money in the Bank match, I'm a bit disappointed that he wasn't. Yeah, that's weird for me to say. I wanted R-Truth in a match, oddly enough. I really wanted King Barrett in it as well, but for both guys, at least they're not left off the card. Stardust, The Miz, Bray Wyatt and others are, so it's better to wrestle on the pre-show than not at all. This is just a throwaway match despite this, and the winner doesn't matter, but I'd prefer Barrett to win so he can keep up the credibility from winning the King of the Ring tournament.

PREDICTION: King Barrett wins.
