WWE Smackdown results 19.5.16

Kevin Owens vs. Cesaro
Back and forth from both men, until Owens catches Cesaro with corner clothesline, but Cesaro responds with a dropkick for the nearfall. Owens rolls out of the ring, where Miz berates him before he takes Cesaro out of the ring. Cesaro catches Owens with a chop, throwing him into the barricade and back in the ring before hitting a big bodyslam. Cesaro goes to the second rope, hitting an elbow drop for the nearfall. Sami and Miz continue to argue at commentary as Cesaro goes for a suplex, Owens trying to block it before Cesaro lands it for a nearfall. Owens is up on the ropes, and Cesaro goes for an Irish whip but gives Owens a European uppercut instead. Owens rolls out of the ring again to take a breather, but Cesaro catches him with a European uppercut on the outside! Cesaro plays to the crowd before shouting at Miz, going after Owens as Maryse follows him. Cesaro is distracted enough for Owens to knock him off the apron, before throwing him into the steel steps. He rolls into the ring and back out, continuing the attack on Cesaro as he glares at Zayn. Owens takes Cesaro back in the ring, mocking Miz before hitting a running senton for a nearfall. Owens has Cesaro in the corner, laying in some chops before hitting a back elbow for a nearfall. Cesaro turns things around, looking for a sunset flip but Owens goes for another running senton…but Cesaro gets his knees up! Owens is back on his feet as he and Cesaro trade punches, and Cesaro gets a boot to the face of Owens. Cesaro climbs up, but is caught on the rope by Owens! Owens charges at Cesaro, hitting a running cannonball for a nearfall as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, Owens is still in control as he hits another back elbow on Cesaro. Owens climbs up top, but is caught with a leaping European uppercut! Both men in dangerous territory, as Cesaro drops to the mat to hit a dropkick on Owens before landing a gutwrench superplex! Both men back to trading blows, but Cesaro hits a series of uppercuts on Owens before hitting a crossbody for the nearfall. Cesaro goes for the Neutralizer, but has to avoid a back bodydrop by Owens before going for the swing. Owens grabs the ropes, eventually getting out of the ring and attacking Sami Zayn! Owens turns around to find a flying Cesaro coming at him, bringing the former IC champion down! Cesaro shoves Miz to the ground before entering the ring, hitting a springboard uppercut! Cesaro gets Owens in the Cesaro swing as Miz gets to the apron, forcing Cesaro to stop and hit a punch on the champion before turning right into a superkick by Owens, who gets a nearfall. Owens picks up Cesaro, who hits another European uppercut as Zayn gets into the ring to deal with Owens. Cesaro stops him, laying him out with a right hand as Owens rolls him up with a handful of tights for the win!

Paige vs. Dana Brooke
Both women lock up, and Dana is backed up into the ropes before shoving Paige away. Paige hits a knee to the face of Dana, charging at her…but Dana gets out of the way, before Paige lays into her on the apron. Dana trips Paige off the apron, continuing the attack on the outside as she berates Becky before taking Paige back in. Paige in the corner and Dana drives her shoulder into Paige, before a unique way to choke Paige out with her boot and a snapmare for a nearfall. Dana with a bodyscissors on Paige, who tries to pull Dana’s legs off before Dana goes for a pin, getting a nearfall. Paige with some kicks on the newest woman on the main roster, followed by a high knee lift and a boot to the face for a nearfall. Dana catches Paige on the jaw before hoisting Paige on her shoulders, hitting a sitout slam for the win!

Dolph Ziggler vs. Sheamus
Ziggler with a waistlock on Sheamus, who gets to the ropes quickly. Both men lock up and Ziggler’s in the corner now, reversing into a hammerlock that Sheamus powers out of. Sheamus sent to the corner with a dropkick, as Ziggler lays into him before Sheamus fights back. Sheamus whips Ziggler, who blocks him and rolls him up for a nearfall. Ziggler working the arm of Sheamus, who powers out and lays into Ziggler with a kick. Sheamus looking for Beats of the Bodhran on the apron, but gets hung up on the top rope. Sheamus blocks a Ziggler drop with a clothesline for a nearfall, as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, Sheamus is still firmly in control with a running knee lift and forearm on Ziggler. Sheamus works a sleeper hold on the Showoff, who struggles to get out. Ziggler gets to his feet, powering out but getting a superkick blocked by the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus gets Ziggler on the apron, this time hitting Beats of the Bodhran before bringing Ziggler back in with a vertical suplex for a nearfall. Sheamus with another sleeper hold on Ziggler, who gets back to his feet and sends Sheamus out of the ring to break the hold. Sheamus back in the ring, misses a Brogue Kick as Ziggler hits a Famouser for the nearfall. Sheamus in the corner as Ziggler lays into him with some right hands and a stinger splash twice over! Ziggler goes for a neckbreaker but gets caught in a backbreaker by Sheamus for the nearfall. Sheamus hits a vertical suplex on Ziggler for another nearfall, and now he looks frustrated as he picks up Ziggler, who hits a headbutt but misses a Zig Zag. Sheamus drops him on the rope again, but Ziggler manages to catch him with a superkick for the win!

Eight Man Tag Match WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day & Big Cass vs. The Vaudevillains & The Dudley Boyz
Big E and D’Von get things started as D’Von lays into Big E, only to take a belly to belly slam from Big E who gets a nearfall. Kofi tagged in, but is distracted by the opposite corner as Bubba tags in. Bubba gives Kofi a bodyslam and goes for a splash, but Kofi evades and starts the unicorn stampede, before Kofi hits an assisted dropkick into Bubba. Things start to break down as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, Xavier Woods is laying into Bubba with right hands and a headbutt. Bubba sends Woods into the corner, but Xavier catches him with a boot. Bubba avoids further attack, taunting Cass as he goes to tag in D’Von but Gotch takes the tag. Gotch hits some boots before tagging into English, who gets a big kick on Woods for a nearfall. English with a knee and an elbow on Woods for a nearfall before tagging English back in, and they hit Dukes Up for a nearfall. Gotch with a front headlock, and Woods tries to power out only to get taken back down for a nearfall by Gotch. Gotch with a forearm before tagging in English, as Bubba yells at them for not tagging in D’Von. English gets a front headlock on Woods, finally tagging in Bubba who hits a hard elbow for a nearfall. He berates the Vaudevillains and mocks Woods with some right hands before taking an enziguri, allowing Woods to get the tag to Big Cass! D’Von in as well, and Cass lays the opposing team out before hitting a stinger splash on D’Von followed by a big bodyslam. Empire Elbow on D’Von gets a nearfall for Cass before Gotch breaks the pin. Big E takes out Gotch with a belly to belly suplex, and things have gotten out of control on the outside as the Dudley Boyz go for a 3D on Cass…only for D’Von to take a big boot and Bubba to take an East River Crossing followed by an Empire Elbow for the win!

Main Event – Non-Title Match WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns vs. Luke Gallows
Both men lock up, and Gallows knocks Reigns down hard with a shoulder tackle. Reigns with a waistlock, but Gallows gets out only to take an elbow from Reigns. Reigns gets knocked down by Gallows, who then sends Reigns out of the ring! Reigns takes a breather on the outside before going back into the ring. Reigns with a right hand twice over, sending Gallows into the corner as he lays into him with right hands. Gallows blocks one attempt but takes a ride as Reigns delivers a Samoan drop for a nearfall. Reigns delivers a drive by dropkick on Gallows, getting back in the ring as we go to a commercial.

Back from commercial, Reigns is still in control but Gallows sends him down with a single leg takedown followed by a lariat for a nearfall. Reigns in the corner as Gallows drops some heavy right hands on the champion. Three elbow drops gets Gallows a nearfall, as he goes to work with some clubbing elbows into a sleeper hold. Reigns gets back up, but Gallows sends him into the corner hard for a nearfall. Gallows with a chinlock on the champ now, as Reigns struggles to get out. Reigns gets back up again, but Gallows sends a knee into him. Reigns now turning things around, hitting a big right hand on Gallows into the corner. Reigns with a clothesline and a cross body for a nearfall. Reigns with some right hands in the corner, before hitting a big boot on Gallows. Reigns now looking for the Superman Punch, but Anderson gets on the apron which distracts Reigns. Gallows rolls him up, but just gets a nearfall before Reigns hits a Superman Punch! Reigns looking for the spear now, but AJ grabs the leg before the Usos get involved at ringside! The chaos continues until Roman hits a drive by dropkick on AJ before getting back into the ring, where Gallows hits a big boot and a Gallows Call for a very close nearfall! AJ tells Karl to “get ‘im” and Karl gets into the ring, forcing the ref to call for the bell as Gallows and Anderson hit the Boot of Doom!
Winner via disqualification: Roman Reigns

Chaos ensues as The Usos get involved, but AJ takes them out of the ring before hitting a sliding dropkick into Roman Reigns sending the champ out of the ring! AJ clears off the announce table with bad intentions for Reigns, who throws AJ onto the announce table before Gallows gets him from behind! Chaos returns as everyone brawls to close the show!

TNA Impact Wrestling results 17.5.16

Jeff Hardy def. Shadow Willow. After the match, a second Willow showed up when Jeff tried to unmask the first. A third Willow unmasks himself to be Matt Hardy.

Sienna def. Velvet Sky with Velvet’s job on the line.

Mike Bennett def. referee Earl Hebner. Before the match, Bennett and Maria cut a promo about EC3 not believing in himself. Bennett described himself as a future TNA Hall of Famer and wants to call out a current Hall of Famer, referee Earl Hebner. Bennett called out another referee to start the match.

EC3 def. Tyrus in a Last Man Standing match. EC3 got the win dropping Tyrus over part of the ring barricade and stacking the steel ring steps and weapons over him.

Eddie Edwards and DJ Z def. TNA X Division Champion Trevor Lee and Andrew Everett w/ Shane Helms. DJ Z got the pinfall on Everett following a DDT.

TNA King of the Mountain Champion Bram cut a promo and is aware Eli Drake wants to cash in his Feast or Fired briefcase for a shot at his title. Bram invites Drake to do so tonight. Drake teases he will cash in and then says not tonight.

Drew Galloway vs. Lashley for the TNA Championship in a Lumberjack match ended in a no contest. Galloway was pulled out of the ring by the lumberjacks at ringside to cause the no contest finish. After the match, a big brawl breaks out including Matt Hardy attacking Jeff Hardy.

WWE RAW results 16.5.16

1. Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro ended in a no contest. The Miz and Kevin Owens were on commentary. Owens and Miz got into it at ringside before taking the fight into the ring. Shane McMahon then came out and made Miz/Owens vs. Cesaro/Zayn in a tag match. Stephanie McMahon then came out and made it Cesaro/Miz vs. Owens/Zayn with the stipulation that Owens couldn’t walk out on Zayn or else he was out of the Intercontinental Title match at Extreme Rules.

2. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defeated The Miz and Cesaro. Zayn pinned the Miz after a Helluva Kick. Owens then superkicked Zayn and was the last man standing in the ring.

3. The Shining Stars defeated Scott Jackson and Brian Kennedy. The latest version of Primo and Epico debuted. Epico got the pin after hitting The Shining Star.

– Dean Ambrose called Chris Jericho to the ring. Jericho demanded an apology for Ambrose destroying his jacket, Ambrose said no, challenged Jericho to a match at Extreme Rules, and Jericho accepted. Ambrose announced that it would be the first-ever Asylum Match.

4. Dana Brooke defeated Becky Lynch. Brooke won her Raw debut via pinfall.

5. Tyler Breeze and Fandango defeated Golden Truth. Tyler Breeze pinned Goldust after R-Truth accidentally kicked Goldust.

– New Day cut a promo in the ring in which they unveiled Xavier Woods’ New DayLorean Time Machine. They were ambushed by The Vaudevillains.

6. The Usos (with Roman Reigns) defeated Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson (with A.J. Styles). Jey Uso pinned Anderson after hitting him with a Samoan Splash. After the match, both teams brawled, and Styles hit Reigns with a Styles Clash onto a chair.

7. Big Cass defeated D-Von Dudley (with Bubba Ray Dudley). Big Cass hit D-Von with an East River Crossing for the pinfall win.

8. Alberto Del Rio defeated Kalisto. Del Rio pinned Kalisto after a backstabber. During the match, Rusev attacked Sin Cara backstage, then brought him down to ringside, and beat him up some more. Rusev got into the ring after the match and put Kalisto in the Accolade.

– Stephanie and Shane McMahon oversaw the contract signing for the Women’s Championship match at Extreme Rules. Natalya signed the contract first, and after hesitating to sign because the McMahon’s added a stipulation that Charlotte would forfeit the title if her father showed up at ringside, both Flairs signed. After Stephanie slapped the Nature Boy out of the ring, Raw ended with Natalya locking Charlotte in a sharpshooter and holding the title in the ring.

Steve has Jeff in a side headlock as we come back from break but Jeff shoves him into the ropes only to eat a running shoulder block from the crazy clown. Steve hits the rings but eats a hip toss from Jeff. Storm tags into the match and hits a Diving Axe Handle Drop from the middle rope on Steve followed by a Butterfly Suplex for a nearfall. Storm whips Steve into the corner and charges into a boot from Steve. Steve charges right into a boot from Storm followed by a Hangman’s Neckbreaker for another nearfall. Steve rolls over and tags in Abyss and the former Revolution members go at it. Storm kicks Abyss in the gut and then hits a series of clotheslines. Storm hits a Calf Wrangler for a nearfall and Steve tags back in so Storm Hip Tosses him into the ring. Storm hits a big uppercut and hits the ropes only for Abyss to hit him from behind followed by a nasty Lariat from Steve. Abyss comes in and Chokeslams Steve down on top of Storm with a Backsplash Senton! Abyss headbutts Storm and then whips him into the corner and hits a big Running Clothesline. Steve tags into the match and beats Storm down in the corner. He attempts a Rolling Cannonball but Storm moves out of the way and gets the hot tag to Jeff. Jeff hits a Flying Forearm on Steve and then an Atomic Drop followed by the Leg Drop to the nuts and Basement Dropkick! Jeff gets another nearfall and goes for the Twist of Fate but Steve blocks it and tags in Abyss who then charges and misses Jeff. Storm hits a Leaping Enziguri from the corner and Jeff hits the Twist of Fate! Jeff goes to the top for the Swanton but the lights in the Impact Zone go out. Willow’s music hits and he appears on the stage twirling his umbrella. Jeff looks confused but as Rosemary distracts the referee Abyss and Steve spit mist in Jeff’s face followed by the Black Hole Slam from Abyss for the pin!

Drew beats Drake down in the ring and tosses him into the corner. Drew backdrops Drake over the top but Drake lands on the apron and catches Drew with a Neckbreaker on the top rope for a nearfall. Drake chokes Drew down in the corner and then chokes him in the ropes. Drake puts him in a headlock but Drew counters with an armdrag only to walk into a Spinning Powerslam! Drake hits an Elbow Drop for a nearfall and then he goes to toss Drew to the floor but Drew turns it around on Drake. On the floor Drew lights Drake up with some nasty chops and then goes to toss Drake back in the ring, but Drake catches him with a Jawbreaker on the ropes. Drake climbs up top and dives off with a Flying Axe Handle only for Drew to catch him in midair with a Belly-to-Belly Overhead Suplex! Eli and Drew exchange rights but then Drew ducks one and hits a nasty Knife Edge Chop. Drew charges at Drake in the corner with a Running Elbow followed by a Flying Clothesline off the top! Drew goes for the Future Shock DDT but Drake counters it and then hits the ropes only to run right into a Snap Powerslam from Galloway for a nearfall. Drew kicks a charging Drake in the corner and then he climbs back up top only for Drake to leap to the top and toss Drew off with a beautiful Superplex! 1…2…NO Drew kicks out! Drake goes to the floor and grabs the World Title but the referee takes it away from him. As the referee turns around Drake swings his briefcase at Drew. Drew ducks the briefcase and the referee takes it away from him, and Drake turns around into the Claymore followed by the Future Shock for the pin!

Jade and Gail lockup with Jade taking Gail down with a Waistlock, but Gail reverses into a side headlock. Jade. Jade fights back to her feet but Gail takes her back down to the mat with a side headlock takeover. Sienna is shown watching the match at ringside. Jade reverses the hold but Gail counters with a Back Suplex attempt only for Jade to reverse it into a Side Headlock Takeover. Gail fights back up and shoves Jade into the ropes only to eat a shoulder block. Gail answers with a shoulder block of her own and then eats an arm drag from Jade. Gail answers with her own arm drag leading to a staredown between the two. Gail quickly rolls Jade up for a nearfall but then Jade catches Gail with a body scissors for a nearfall of her own. Jade attempts a La Magistral but Gail counters into a rollup for another nearfall. Gail catches Jade with a side roll for another nearfall. Gail goes for a Crucifix only for Jade to block it and Gail to catch her with a Spinning Arm Drag. Gail follows up with a hurricanrana but then hits the ropes and runs into a rana from Jade of her own! They stare each other down again and then Gail offers a handshake which Jade accepts only for both girls to exchange forearms. Jade whips Gail into the corner but Gail leapfrogs a charging Jade and lays into her with more forearms. Jade floats over a charging Gail and hitsa nasty Bridging German Suplex for a nearfall! Jade goes for the Pedigree but Gail blocks it and counters into a Backslide attempt. Jade blocks it so Gail pulls Jade into a Shortarm Clothesline. Gail lifts Jade up to the top rope and climbs up with her only for Jade to shove her off. Gail gets back to her feet and swings at Jade but Jade catches her arm and locks her in a Hanging Armbar over the top rope! Jade releases the hold and then goes for a springboard move but Gail sweeps her legs knocking Jade to the floor. Gail hits a Plancha off the top onto Jade on the floor! Gail rolls Jade into the ring and then she catches Sienna as she started walking towards the ring. Jade hits a Tope Suicida through the ropes onto Gail on the floor! Sienna slams Jade into the ring post and then the ring steps to cause a DQ as Sienna swings Jade by her legs into the steps!

Al Snow vs. Mahabali Shera
Snow lays into Shera as he tries to chase Snow around ring. Snow puts Shera in a Hammerlock and then tosses him into the ring post. Snow puts Shera in a wristlock but Shera breaks it with forearms and then a shoulder block. Shera hits a series of shoulder blocks knocking Snow to the floor which irritates him. Snow pulls out a foreign object and jabs Shera in the throat with it as he had the referee blocked. Snow gets a nearfall and then another Hammerlock into the ring post. Snow hits a Side Headlock Takeover and then he uses his wrist tape to choke Shera with. Snow gets another nearfall before tossing Shera out to the floor. Snow slams Shera’s arm into the ring steps repeatedly and then kicks him in the face as Shera tried to climb back in the ring. Snow gets another nearfall and then hits the Snow Plow for yet another nearfall. Snow argues with Hebner leading to Hebner shoving Snow and screaming at him. Grado runs out and distracts Snow allowing Shera to hit the Sky High for the pin.

Six Sides of Steel Cage Match EC3 vs. Rockstar Spud
Spud hits the ring and goes right after EC3 only to get thrown all around the ring. EC3 chops Spud repeatedly and then goes for a Powerslam, but Spud blocks it and slaps EC3. EC3 tosses Spud into the cage wall and then slams him into the turnbuckles repeatedly. Spud tries to escape through the door but EC3 pulls him back in and goes for a Press Slam only for Spud to block it and low blow EC3. Spud pulls off his mini belt and whips EC3 with it. Spud chokes EC3 with the belt but EC3 backs him into the corner to free himself. Spud jumps on EC3’s back and locks him in a Sleeper, but EC3 Snapmares Spud over and then charges at Spud only to run into the boots of the Spudster. Spud tries to escape through the door again and again EC3 drags him back in. Spud kicks EC3 away and then almost escapes but EC3 grabs Spud by the ankle and drags him back into the ring. Spud kicks EC3 in the head repeatedly and then EC3 takes him down and hits a clothesline. EC3 hits a Jawbreaker and then a Stinger Splash in the corner. EC3 tosses Spud into the cage wall but Spud does his Spider monkey impersonation by catching himself on the wall. Spud kicks EC3 away and then climbs to the top, but EC3 pulls him down onto the top rope. Spud slams EC3’s head into the cage and then rakes his eyes and shoves him to the mat. Spud dives off the top rope with a Flying Elbow Drop! 1…2…NO EC3 kicks out! Spud wraps the belt around his hand and tries to jam the sharp point of the belt buckle into EC3’s eye, but EC3 blocks it tosses Spud into the cage repeatedly on each side. EC3 Press Slams Spud into the cage and then goes for the One Percenter, but Spud counters into an Enziguri. Spud goes for the Underdog but EC3 blocks it and backdrops Spud into the corner. Spud lands on his feet on the top rope and then starts climbing to the top of the cage again. EC3 stops Spud but Spud starts biting EC3’s head knocking EC3 back to the mat. Spud almost climbs out but EC3 gets back to the top and stops him again and drags Spud back in. EC3 Press Slams Spud off the top of the cage! EC3 hits the One Percenter and gets the pin.

WWE Raw Results 5/9/16

1. Baron Corbin defeated Dolph Ziggler. Corbin won by pinfall after an End of Days.

– Charlotte and Ric Flair tried to convince Shane McMahon to overturn the Nature Boy’s ringside ban at Extreme Rules. Not only did that not work, but McMahon also banned Flair from ringside for Charlotte’s match against Paige later on tonight.

2. R-Truth defeated Fandango. Truth had Tyler Breeze in his corner and Fandango had Goldust. R-Truth won by pinfall after a Lie Detector.

– Kevin Owens, Cesaro, and the Miz were all screaming in the presence of the McMahons. Stephanie said there would be a triple threat for the Intercontinental Title at Extreme Rules before Sami Zayn showed up and asked if he could get involved. He said he’d take on the Miz later, with the stipulation being if he won, the triple threat match would become a fatal four way. The match got approved.
3. Paige defeated Charlotte. Natalya was on commentary. Charlotte tried to win by putting her feet on the ropes before Natalya got up on the apron. Ric Flair then came out, only for Shane McMahon to run out with a group of referees to escort Flair backstage. Paige then kicked a distracted Charlotte into the ropes and won via pinfall.

4. Sami Zayn defeated The Miz. Sami won via pinfall after a Helluva Kick.

– Renee Young interviewed Becky Lynch backstage. Emma showed up and distracted Becky. Dana Brooke made her Raw debut by blindsiding Becky, which led to an Emma and Dana beatdown.

– Zack Ryder talked to Shane McMahon backstage about belonging in WWE. Kevin Owens then showed up, complained, and Shane put a match together between the two. Winner competes for the Intercontinental Title at Extreme Rules.

5. Sin Cara defeated Rusev. Lana and Kalisto were at ringside. Kalisto used a Lana distraction to kick Rusev in the head and Sin Cara won via a roll up.

6. The Family defeated The Club. Karl Anderson eliminated Jey Uso via pinfall. Jimmy Uso eliminated Anderson via pinfall, then was eliminated during the commercial by A.J. Styles. Roman Reigns eliminated Luke Gallows via pinfall. Styles was DQ’d after Anderson attacked Reigns with a chair. The two teams brawled, Reigns and Styles teased a fight, and the segment ended with Reigns holding his title in the ring.

7. Kevin Owens defeated Zack Ryder. Owens got the win via pinfall after hitting Ryder with a Pop-Up Powerbomb.

8. The Dudley Boyz defeated The New Day. The Vaudevillains attacked Xavier Woods, D-Von hit a distracted Kofi Kingston with a lariat, and got the pin. After the match, The Vaudevillains hit a whirling dervish on Kingston.

– Dean Ambrose attacked Chris Jericho during his entrance. He stole Jericho’s lightup jacket and ripped it apart before the two brawled. Jericho left the ring, Big Cass threw him back in, Ambrose hit him with a Dirty Deeds, then used a pair of scissors to shred Jericho’s jacket. Raw ends with Jericho freaking out in the ring and Ambrose staring him down from the top of the ramp.

TNA Impact wrestling results 3.5.16

Jeff Hardy vs Mike Bennett
Bennett is in control as we come back from commercial, grounding Hardy with a rear chinlock. Hardy gets free and does the double legdrop to the ding ding combo for 2. He sets up for the Twist of Fate, Bennett slips out, so Hardy puts Bennett on the top rope and…Bobby Lashley runs into the ring and spears Hardy into next week.
Winner: Jeff Hardy by DQ

James Storm vs Abyss
We’re back, and Storm is beating Abyss up all around ringside and bashes him in the head with…something. They head into the ring and Abuss chucks Storm right back out to the floor where Steve attacks him with a fury. Steve rolls Storm back into the ring where Abyss locks him in a neck vice, but Storm gets free and mounts a comeback. Storm connects with a top rope elbowdrop for 2, but then Steve tries to get on the apron and Storm knocks him to the floor, then turns around and walks right into a faceful of black mist followed by the Black Hole Slam for 3.
Winner: Abyss

King Of The Mountain Title Match: Bram vs Eli Drake vs Eddie Edwards vs Jessie Godderz vs Andrew Everett
Jessie and Eli trade a bunch of pinning combinations and then wipe each other out with stereo cross bodyblocks. Everett tries to springboard in and gets caught and powerbombed by Bram for 3. Great way to get Everett over strong in his first in-ring action here. Eddie attacks everyone with a ladder before full-on pitching it into Bram’s face, then gets the backpack driver and Achilles lock on Drake. Everett gets out of the cage and runs into the ring, but Edwards dumps him right back to the floor and takes him out with a dive. Eddie tries a top rope move, but Gregory Shane Rodrigo Keith Bartholomew Terrence Helms shoves him off and Eli cradles him for 3. Now Eddie’s in the penalty box as Bram and Jessie go at it in the ring. Bram tries to climb the ladder, but Jessie dropkicks the ladder out from under him and then goes back to brawling with Drake. Bram comes in and starts beating the crap out of everyone, then everyone goes out to the floor except Everett and Jessie, who gets Everett in the Adonis lock and forces him to tap out. Everett is on his way to the penalty box when Eddie Edwards starts beating him up again, then beats him up all the way to the back. Jessie has the belt and climbs the ladder, Drake yanks him down and knocks him out with the briefcase, then grabs the belt and starts climbing. Bram comes off the top rope with a missile dropkick that knocks Drake down hard to the mat, then grabs the belt, climbs the ladder, and hangs the belt to win the match.

#1 Contender Match: Mike Bennett vs Jeff Hardy vs Bobby Lashley
Bennett and Lashley team up to attack Hardy, but then Lashley turns on Bennett and takes Hardy out himself. Hardy comes back with a double clothesline, dumps both opponents to the floor, then comes off the top rope with a Whisper In The Wind that almost appears to kind of graze them. Everyone’s down on the floor as we go to commercial.

We’re back, and Hardy hits Bennett with a Twist of Fate and goes up for the Swanton. He connects, but Lashley comes right in and flattens Hardy with a powerslam. Lashley pops Bennett up with a delayed vertical suplex, and actually mouths off to Drew while he has Bennett up. Galloway dutifully moves into position to take a spear from Lashley when Bennett moves, Lashley goes for the spear, Bennett moves, and Lashley spears Galloway. Bennett hits Lashley with a Diamond Cutter, Hardy dropkicks him to the floor, gives Lashley a Twist of Fate, and he comes off the top with a swanton, but no referee. Hardy kicks Bennett through the ropes and takes him out with a dive, then puts Bennett on the ring steps and goes up top for a Swanton…and connects. Both guys are down and out, as is out 6’7″ mountain of a World Champion who got bumped like five minutes ago. Decay runs out and attacks Jeff Hardy and Abyss chokeslams Hardy onto the ring steps and all three of them laugh at Hardy. Jeff gets up, on top of the steps for some reason, and Lashley comes out of nowhere with a spear that knocks him off the steps and into the ringpost. Jeff is DEAD, and Lashley rolls him into the ring and sets up for another spear, and he rips Hardy in half with it. Drew slow counts, but eventually has to hit the 3 for Lashley.

WWE RAW results 2.5.16 - IC Title chaos

1. Cesaro defeated Kevin Owens. The match was made by Shane and Stephanie McMahon to see who deserved the next shot at the Intercontinental Championship. Cesaro won by disqualification when The Miz interfered. Owens and Miz attacked Cesaro until Sami Zayn made the save.

2. Tyler Breeze defeated Goldust. Breeze won with a rollup when Goldust was distracted by R-Truth and Fandango dancing at ringside.

3. The New Day and Big Cass defeated The Vaudevillains and The Dudley Boyz. This was set up via a pre-match argument about what happened to Enzo Amore at Payback. Cass pinned D-Von Dudley after an East River Crossing.

4. Emma defeated Becky Lynch. Emma won with a thumb to the eye and a Michinoku Driver.

– Stephanie McMahon was a guest on the Ambrose Asylum. Dean Ambrose needled her about her feelings about Shane, so she canceled the show and replaced it with Chris Jericho’s Highlight Reel. Ambrose and Jericho brawled, and Jericho broke the beloved Ambrose Asylum potted plant (named “Mitch”) over Ambrose’s back.

5. Rusev won a United States Championship Number One Contender Battle Royal. Kalisto was on color commentary. Rusev won by last eliminating Zack Ryder.

– Charlotte addressed the controversy from Payback by bringing Charles Robinson to the ring and having him admit he did nothing wrong. Natalya confronted them, slapped Ric Flair and put him in the Sharpshooter. Backstage, Stephanie made Natalya vs. Charlotte for the WWE Women’s Championship in a submission match at Extreme Rules, with Ric banned from ringside.

6. AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows defeated Roman Reigns and The Usos. Styles pinned Jimmy Uso after a Phenomenal Forearm. After the match, Anderson and Gallows held Reigns so Styles could hit him with a steel chair, but Styles refused. The Usos tried to make the save with a chair of their own, hitting Styles. He retaliated by attacking them with the chair, which Reigns saw. Reigns then flipped out on Styles, beating him up and powerbombing him through the announce table.
