The entire Team Raw Survivor Series team is in the ring. It’s AJ Styles with Omos, Keith Lee, Braun Strowman, Sheamus, and Riddle. WWE Official Adam Pearce is in the ring and talks about Team Raw’s dominance at Survivor Series, as well as Undertaker’s Final Farewell. Pearce says the dominance of Team Raw deserves some reward and wants them to make their case for a WWE Championship opportunity.

Sheamus congratulates Drew McIntyre on becoming a two-time WWE Champion. Sheamus then makes the case before Riddle interrupts him. They get into it. Strowman grabs Adam Pearce and takes exception to having to make his case. Strowman then shoves him down.

Footage is shown from earlier tonight of The Hurt Business bumping into The New Day. The Hurt Business says The New Day embarrassed Raw by losing to the Street Profits last night. The Raw Tag Team Titles belong on people that have prestige. Xavier Woods says if they want a title match, they’ve got it.

Raw Tag Team Championship
The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) (c’s)

Xavier Woods will start against Shelton Benjamin. They cautiously approach each other. Benjamin quickly takes Woods down and throws him across the ring. Benjamin then knocks Kofi Kingston off the apron with a high knee to the face.

We come back from the break to see Woods tag Kingston in. Kingston hits Benjamin with a springboard clothesline and takes him down a few times before hitting a leaping clothesline. Kingston drops a Boom Drop and sets up for the end. Benjamin ducks Trouble in Paradise and kicks him. Kingston responds back with a pendulum kick in the corner. Kingston goes to the top rope, but Benjamin crotches him up there. Benjamin sets up for a superplex, but Kingston punches him off. The referee checks on Benjamin. While he does, Alexander rips Kingston off the top rope to the floor! Benjamin attacks Kingston at ringside… and the referee counts them out.

Double Count-Out

There seems to be some very real confusion going on here. The ring announcer said that it was a double count-out and then sheepishly said The Hurt Business won by count-out. No one seems to know what to do. MVP demands the match restart. The ring announcer then says the match would restart.

Raw Tag Team Championship
The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) (c’s)

This match restarted following the initial double count-out.

The bell rings, and Kingston and Benjamin start brawling. Kingston punches away at Benjamin before Benjamin shoves him away. Benjamin then gives Kingston a HUGE back body drop over the top rope. Kingston landed on his feet and grabs at his left ankle. Kingston takes a moment to recover before getting in the ring. Alexander tags in and knees Kingston. Benjamin then clotheslines Kingston down hard. Alexander continues to attack Benjamin and ties up the legs. Benjamin tags in and hits a knee breaker. Alexander tags in and applies a knee bar. Alexander then applies an Indian deathlock. Benjamin tags in and drops a knee before grabbing Kingston’s injured leg. Benjamin applies a stepover toe hold. Kingston eventually punches out, but Benjamin stays on him. Benjamin ties him up in the ropes and tags Alexander in. Alexander hits a dropkick to the knee for a two count. Alexander tries again for another two count. Alexander applies a stretch before Benjamin tags in. Benjamin punches away at Kingston, but Kingston knocks him out of the ring. Alexander blind tags in, but Kingston gets him out of the ring. Kingston goes for a tag, but Alexander pulls him off the apron. Alexander didn’t tag in as Benjamin comes in. Kingston hits him with an SOS for a near fall. Alexander tags in and chop blocks the knee before applying a knee bar. Kingston eventually fights out and tags Woods in.

Woods clotheslines Alexander twice before hitting a side kick. Benjamin runs in, but Woods gets him out. Woods splashes Alexander against the ropes, but whiffs on a baseball slide to Benjamin. Woods hits Alexander with a military press for a near fall. Alexander fights back with a DDT and tags Benjamin in. Benjamin hits an Olympic Slam, but Kingston breaks up the pin. Kingston knocks Alexander out of the ring and hits a slingshot plancha to the floor. Woods counters a powerbomb into code red for the win.

Winners by Pinfall and still Raw Tag Team Champions: The New Day

WWE Official Adam Pearce walks out of the trainer’s room with a welt on his head. Charly Caruso asks how he’s doing. Pearce says if he was in charge, you’d never see Braun Strowman again. Caruso asks what was the original announcement, but Bobby Lashley interrupts. Lashley says he was the only champion on Raw to win at Survivor Series and they need to talk.

We see WWE Official Adam Pearce backstage again. Charly Caruso walks up and says she knows he just had a conversation with Bobby Lashley, but what was his announcement? Randy Orton then walks up to Pearce and says nothing.

Still photos are shown of Lana becoming the sole survivor of Team Raw last night at Survivor Series.

Lana is backstage with Sarah Schreiber. Schreiber mentions she went through the table 9 times and went on to be the sole survivor. How does she feel? Lana says she feels great. Schreiber asks if she is in line for a Raw Women’s Championship opportunity. Lana says she’s so happy and just wants to continue feeling this way.

Charly Caruso walks up to WWE Official Adam Pearce. Pearce says we’ll have a series of three singles matches. The winners will face each other in a triple threat match next week with the winner of that match facing Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship. The first match is Riddle versus Sheamus, which starts right now.

Riddle vs. Sheamus

The bell rings, and Riddle goes for a fist bump. Sheamus slaps the fist away and yells at him for calling him “fireface.” Sheamus shoves him, so Riddle fights back. Sheamus takes him down with a front facelock before hooking the arm. Riddle slides out and jumps on Sheamus’ back, but Sheamus slings him off. Riddle goes after him again, but Sheamus evades him. Sheamus applies a side headlock and viciously hits a takeover. Sheamus cinches in the headlock and grips one of the arms.

Randy Orton will take on AJ Styles later tonight in the second of three singles matches. We’ll also see Keith Lee battle WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley in the third singles match.

Riddle fights up, but Sheamus powers him to the corner and clubs him down. Riddle again gets to his feet and clubs away at Sheamus. Sheamus looks stunned, but pops out of the corner with a clothesline. Sheamus digs his knee into Riddle’s face. Sheamus hits a unique hammerlock takeover and grapevines the head. Riddle tries to twist out, but is unsuccessful at first. Riddle finally does and applies an arm bar to Sheamus. Sheamus quickly gets to the ropes and rolls out of the ring to recover.

Sheamus is furious and yells at him from ringside, calling him a “dopey rugrat.” Sheamus and Riddle exchange strikes before Sheamus hits a vertical suplex for a two count. Sheamus then applies an overhead wristlock. Riddle fights up and kicks Sheamus in the face. Riddle hits the ropes, but Sheamus follows him in and clotheslines him over the top rope. Sheamus goes to jump off the apron, and Riddle whiffs on a Final Flash Knee. Riddle hits an exploder on the floor and puts him in the ring for a Broton. Riddle picks up a near fall.

Riddle kicks away at Sheamus’ chest a few times. Sheamus quickly fights back and stuns Riddle with a right hand. Sheamus puts him on the apron for the 10 Beats of the Bodhrán. Riddle collapses to the floor and pulls himself into the ring at the count of 7. Sheamus grabs Riddle and uppercuts him. Riddle boots Sheamus back and charges, but Sheamus catches him with an Irish Curse Backbreaker for a near fall. Sheamus kicks Riddle in the ribs before sending him shoulder-first into the ring post. Sheamus charges, but Riddle sends him HARD into the ring post shoulder-first. Riddle kicks away at Sheamus’ chest. Sheamus eventually blocks a kick and hits the Alabama Slam!

We come back from the break to see Sheamus CRUSH Riddle with a pump knee to the face for a near fall. Riddle takes a moment to recover before hitting a kick to the face that sends Sheamus out of the ring. Riddle hits a PK from the apron before hitting a springboard Floating Bro to the floor. Riddle gets Sheamus in the ring and goes for a cross-body block. Sheamus catches him and hits a swinging side slam for a near fall. Sheamus cannot believe he didn’t put Riddle away.

Sheamus fights back and applies an Irish Cloverleaf, but Riddle gets to the ropes. Riddle snaps Sheamus off the ropes and applies a Kimura Lock through the ropes. Riddle gets in the ring, but Sheamus catches him with a heel hook. Riddle kicks him in the face a few times to get out. Riddle comes back with a Final Flash Knee for a near fall! Riddle sets Sheamus up and goes to the top rope, but Sheamus cuts him off. Sheamus clubs the back, but Riddle elbows him off. Riddle sets up, but Sheamus once again cuts him off. Sheamus hits White Noise off the second rope… but Riddle kicks out! Sheamus is in shock.

Riddle struggles to get to his feet. Sheamus sets up and goes for a Brogue Kick, but Riddle collapses in exhaustion before Sheamus can even connect. Sheamus pulls him up and talks some trash. Riddle viciously head-butts him and kicks him in the head. Sheamus ducks a kick and gets him in the electric chair. Riddle counters into a victory roll, but Sheamus rolls through and applies an Irish Cloverleaf. Riddle counters into a cradle for the win!

Winner by Pinfall: Riddle

Riddle advances to the triple threat match next week on Raw. The winner of that match will face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship.

Firefly Funhouse

Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss happily welcome us to the show. Wyatt says they’re here to talk about something evil and vile: friendship. Friendship is no good. A frog puppet with a British accent and a monocle says friendship indubitably lasts forever. It’s the Friendship Frog. Wyatt tells Bliss to show the frog what she’ll do to Nikki Cross tonight. Bliss asks for help, so Wyatt holds the “Hurt” glove over her face, and she kills the Friendship Frog.

They have a brief moment of silence and showcase photoshopped pictures of the Friendship Frog’s life. 1980-2020.

Bliss cries and says he was a fine amphibian. Wyatt says it’s a shame he… croaked. They laugh and wave goodbye to everyone.

Raw Women’s Championship
Asuka (c) vs. Lana

Before the match begins, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler march down to ringside. They join the commentary team.

The bell rings, and Lana takes Asuka down. Lana rolls her up for a two count. Asuka quickly floors her with a vicious knee to the face. Lana avoids a baseball slide. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler taunt Asuka, so she throws water on them. Jax and Baszler attack Asuka.

Winner by Disqualification and still Raw Women’s Champion: Asuka

Jax and Baszler go to put Asuka through the table, but Lana makes the save. They run off, so Jax and Baszler challenge them to a match right now.

R-Truth makes a sales pitch for WWE Shop’s Black Friday sales. Drew Gulak tries to pin him, but The Fiend’s music hits. They run off, but it was only Akira Tozawa dressed up in Fiend merchandise.

Raw Women’s Champion Asuka and Lana vs. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

We join this match in progress. Lana is taking it to Baszler, but Baszler quickly takes her down. Jax tags in and throws Lana across the ring a few times. Baszler tags in as Lana is dumped out of the ring. She beats on Lana for a bit before tagging Jax back in. Jax talks trash and pushes Lana a few times. Lana attempts to fight back, but Jax cuts her off. Baszler tags in, takes Lana down, and kicks her in the spine. Baszler applies a vicious single leg crab with a deep stretch before slamming the leg. Baszler goes for a sliding dropkick, but Lana avoids it and tags Asuka in.

Asuka hits a baseball slide on Baszler and hits Jax with a hip attack. Asuka kicks Baszler back and hits a double knee attack to the face. Asuka hits a spinning back fist followed by a German Suplex. Asuka hits a shining wizard for a near fall. Baszler takes Asuka down. Jax pulls Lana out of the ring and clears off the commentary table. Jax charges, but Lana drops down and Jax goes over the table. Baszler applies a Kirifuda Clutch to Lana from in the ring, but Asuka comes back with a roll-up for the win.

Keith Lee vs. WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley w/ MVP

Lee puts a hand on Lashley, so Lashley shoves his hand away and shoves him. Lashley tries to lift Lee, but he’s unsuccessful. Lashley applies a side headlock, but Lee gets out. Lee knocks him to the corner and hits Grizzly Magnum. Lashley makes a comeback with a flatliner, but Lee kicks out at one. Lashley is furious. Lee knocks Lashley out of the ring and teases a plancha, but MVP distracts him. Lee chases MVP, but Lashley clotheslines him. Lashley lifts Lee up on his shoulders (and almost loses him) and sloppily drives him into the ring post.

We come back from the break to see Lashley applying a wristlock to Lee. Lashley is bleeding from the head after the sloppy ring post shot. Lee fights up, but Lashley clotheslines him before hitting a vertical suplex! Lashley charges, but Lee leapfrogs him and sends him into the ring post shoulder-first. Lashley falls out of the ring, and Lee crushes him with a running cross-body block. Lee puts him in the ring, and MVP sends Lee into the ring post. Lee is dazed and gets in the ring. Lashley goes for the Hurt Lock, but Lee powers out. Lashley jumps on his back, so Lee jumps back and lands on him. MVP attacks Lee for the disqualification.

Nikki Cross vs. Alexa Bliss

Cross asks Bliss what is wrong with her. Cross approaches her, and Bliss backs up. Bliss slaps the hands playfully and says she wins. Bliss trips her and gets out of the ring. Cross chases her around the ring, and Bliss gets in before posing. Cross pulls her out of the ring and clotheslines her on the floor. Cross gets her in the ring, but Bliss is laughing. Cross stomps her down and hits some short-arm clotheslines, but Bliss laughs. Cross beats away at her before telling her to listen. Cross picks up a two count.

Cross continues to beat on her until Bliss starts to cry. Bliss begs her off and extends a hand to Cross. Cross looks conflicted. Bliss says she doesn’t know what to do. Cross consoles her and embraces her. Bliss floors her with Sister Abigail for the win.

Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles w/ Omos

The bell rings, and Styles rolls Orton up for a two count. Styles tries again for another two count. Orton smiles and kicks away at Styles. Styles fights back with a dropkick. Orton quickly knocks Styles out of the ring and whips him, but Omos catches him. Omos puts Styles on the apron, and Styles kicks Orton in the face. Styles then hits Orton with a back suplex on the commentary table.

We come back from the break to see Styles working on Orton’s leg. Orton fights back and hits a headlock backbreaker, but Styles kicks out. Styles soon applies a Calf Crusher. Orton fights out and hits a scoop powerslam. Orton sets up for an RKO, but Styles pushes him away and hits an enzuigiri. Orton rolls out of the ring to recover. Orton avoids a plancha and sweeps the feet on the apron. Orton gets Styles in the ring. The Fiend’s lights come on and he appears behind Orton. Orton swipes at him, but he disappears.

Orton gets in the ring and hits Styles with a draping DDT. Orton sets up for an RKO, but the lights all go out. The Fiend again startles Orton before the lights go off. Orton looks around for The Fiend and eats a Phenomenal Forearm from Styles. Styles picks up the win.

AJ Styles joins Riddle and Keith Lee in the Triple Threat Match next week to determine the #1 Contender for Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship.
